Switching to or from Uptime Allies
Changing broadband providers should be quick and easy. Whether you're joining Uptime Allies or deciding to move to another provider, the process is designed to be simple, seamless, and handled with minimal effort on your part.
Switching to Uptime Allies
If you're joining us from another broadband provider, there's no need to cancel your existing service yourself. Once you've placed an order with us, we'll take care of everything, including notifying your current provider.
After your order is confirmed, we'll send you a summary email outlining the services you're switching to, your activation date, and any key information you need to be aware of. You'll always have at least 5 working days' notice before the switch takes place, unless you choose to waive this period. Your existing provider will contact you to confirm the switch, including any fees that may be due. If you do not receive this from them, please contact them.
Switching away from Uptime Allies
If you've decided to move your broadband service to a new provider, there's no need to let us know directly. Your new provider will handle the switch and will notify us as part of the process.
As soon as we receive notification that you've requested to switch to another provider, we'll email you a confirmation that includes the services affected, your expected switch date, and any final details you need to know.
Your account with us will automatically be closed once the switch is complete, and your final invoice (if applicable) will be issued shortly after.
