How we store your personal information

We store the personal information you provide us securely within our customer portal, helpdesk and private cloud & storage systems located within the United Kingdom, some of which may be replicated to our accounting system.

We retain the personal information of our customers for a as long as the they remain a customer, plus 7 years. If we obtain information of an individual or company that does not become a customer, we delete that information after 6 months, save for mailing lists, upon which they are removed upon request.

The Group Limited reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
